Terms of service

The agreement between you and PT Dominasi Pemasaran Digital for using Ukur.

Last updated 10 October 2026

1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between PT Dominasi Pemasaran Digital (“Dominasa”, “we”) and you, including any organisation on whose behalf you use Ukur (“you”). By creating an account, joining a workspace or using Ukur you accept these terms and our privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Ukur is a marketing analytics and business intelligence service. It connects to advertising and analytics platforms through their official interfaces, stores the reporting data you authorise, lets you define metrics and models, and renders dashboards you can share. The platforms you connect are operated by third parties; we do not control them and we are not responsible for their availability, their data or changes to their interfaces.

3. Accounts and workspaces

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • A workspace is owned by the person who created it. Owners and admins decide who joins, which role they hold and which sources are connected. They are responsible for the people they invite.
  • You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. If you act for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

4. Connected platforms

You may only connect accounts you own or are authorised to access. You remain bound by the terms of each platform you connect, including Google’s and Meta’s terms and policies, and you are responsible for keeping those authorisations valid. Ukur requests read-only access and uses it solely to provide the service. We may pause or disconnect a source that breaches a platform’s policies or these terms.

5. Your data

You own the data you connect and the models and dashboards you create. You grant us a licence to host, process and display that data only as needed to provide the service, follow your instructions and meet our legal obligations. We may use aggregated, de-identified technical metrics to operate and improve the service. We will never sell your data or use it for advertising.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: access data you are not authorised to see; resell or sublicense the service without our written consent; probe, reverse-engineer or interfere with the service or its security; circumvent usage limits; upload unlawful content; or use the service to violate anyone’s rights or applicable law.

7. Fees and billing

Paid plans, their prices and limits are shown on our pricing page before you subscribe. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, under its terms; applicable taxes are added at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; the refund terms published with each plan apply. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice before your next renewal.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep Ukur available and will schedule maintenance to minimise disruption, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may add, change or retire features. If a change materially reduces functionality you pay for, we will give you reasonable notice and, where appropriate, a pro-rated refund.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Ukur and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, fail to pay, or if your use creates legal or security risk; we will notify you unless the law or the risk prevents it. After termination you have 30 days to export your data, after which it is deleted as described in the privacy policy. Sections 5, 10, 11 and 12 survive termination.

10. Disclaimers

Ukur is provided “as is”. Reporting figures depend on the data the connected platforms return and on the definitions your workspace chooses; we do not warrant that any figure is complete, accurate or suitable for a particular decision. To the extent permitted by law we exclude all implied warranties.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost profits or advertising spend decisions based on the service. Our total liability under these terms in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally are subject to the courts of Indonesia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Where an Indonesian-language version of these terms exists, it prevails for parties in Indonesia to the extent required by law.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date and notify workspace owners by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the new terms.
