Privacy policy
How Ukur collects, uses, stores and deletes personal data and the advertising and analytics data you connect.
Last updated 10 October 2026
1. Who we are
Ukur is operated by PT Dominasi Pemasaran Digital (“Dominasa”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in Indonesia. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at support@ukur.app or at AD Premier Office Park, 9th Floor, Jl. TB. Simatupang No. 5, Ragunan, South Jakarta, DKI Jakarta 12450, Indonesia.
This policy covers the Ukur website at ukur.app and the Ukur application. It does not cover Google, Meta or any other platform you connect to Ukur; their own policies apply to the data they hold.
2. What we collect
Account information
Your name, email address, profile image, workspace name and the role you hold in each workspace. Sign-in is handled by our identity provider; we never see your password.
Connected platform data
When a workspace administrator connects Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 or Meta Ads, we receive only the reporting data that connection authorises: account, property and campaign identifiers and names, and daily performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, spend, conversions, sessions, users and revenue. We also store the access and refresh tokens needed to keep that data up to date. We do not receive your platform passwords and we never request permission to change anything in your advertising or analytics accounts.
Usage and technical data
Server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps), sync job status and error messages, and product events needed to operate, secure and improve the service.
Billing information
When paid plans are available, payments are processed by Paddle as merchant of record. We store your plan, subscription status and invoice references. We do not store card numbers.
3. How we use data
- To provide the service you asked for: synchronising connected accounts, calculating the metrics your workspace defines, and rendering dashboards for the people you share them with.
- To keep the service secure and reliable: authentication, abuse prevention, debugging failed syncs, backups.
- To support you, to send service notices such as a failed connection or a billing event, and to meet legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell personal data or connected platform data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not build profiles of individuals from it.
4. Google user data
Ukur’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
In particular, data received from Google Ads and Google Analytics APIs is used only to provide and improve the reporting features you see in Ukur. It is not transferred to third parties except as necessary to provide those features, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with notice to you. It is not used for serving advertisements, and it is not read by humans unless you ask us to for support, it is required for security purposes or to comply with the law, or it has been aggregated so that it no longer identifies you.
You can revoke Ukur’s access at any time from your Google Account permissions page or by disconnecting the source inside Ukur.
5. Meta Platform Data
Data received from Meta’s Marketing API (“Meta Platform Data”) is processed in accordance with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We use it only to provide the reporting you request, we keep each workspace’s data separate, we do not sell it or use it to build audiences, and we delete it when you disconnect the source, leave the workspace or ask us to. Meta may audit our handling of this data.
You can revoke access from Business Integrations in your Facebook settings or by disconnecting the source inside Ukur. Deletion requests sent by Meta on your behalf are honoured through our data deletion endpoint.
6. Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We use a small number of service providers, for authentication, hosting, data storage, payment processing and transactional email, who process data on our behalf under contract and only for the purposes above. A current list is available on request at support@ukur.app.
We may also disclose data when required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a corporate transaction, in which case this policy continues to apply.
7. Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your workspace is active. When you disconnect a source, its tokens are revoked and deleted immediately and the data synced from it is deleted within 30 days. When a workspace is deleted, all of its data is deleted within 30 days; encrypted backups expire within a further 30 days. Billing records are kept for as long as accounting law requires.
To delete data: disconnect a source from Sources, delete a workspace from Settings, remove your account from your profile, or email support@ukur.app. We confirm every deletion request by email.
8. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Platform access tokens are additionally encrypted with keys held separately from the database. Every record is bound to a workspace and the database enforces that one workspace can never read another’s data. Access by our staff is limited, logged and used only for support or security. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting you, we will notify you without undue delay.
9. International transfers
Our service providers operate data centres that may be outside Indonesia and outside your country. Where required, we rely on contractual safeguards with those providers to protect your data to the standard described here.
10. Your rights
You may ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and you may object to or restrict certain processing. Workspace administrators can do most of this directly inside Ukur; for anything else, email support@ukur.app and we will respond within 30 days. If you believe we have not handled your data lawfully you may complain to the data protection authority in your country.
11. Children
Ukur is a business tool and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
12. Changes to this policy
We will post any changes on this page with a new “last updated” date and, for material changes, notify workspace administrators by email before they take effect.
